The location is convenient with easy access to the MTR. Buses to and from the airport are readily available (the A11 is nearby). There are several shops and restaurants in the area including a 7/11 and McDonald's. I would definitely consider staying here again because everything was handy.
Waiting often took ages, and the floor selection can disappear if someone else presses another floor. It requires urgent attention.

The room was compact, perfect for one person. The bed size was adequate. The room offered a simple and clean environment, which i appreciated after a long day of exploring.

The breakfast selection had good options, including a salad bar. While the menu remained consistent each day, the food was satisfactory. The dining area offered a basic but functional space to start the day.

The staff demonstrated good service, especially at reception. They were receptive to requests. Housekeeping ensured the room remained tidy throughout my stay. (I appreciated their attention to detail).

the location was GREAT. it was near the bus station , only a short walk. there was a mall right in front , SO convenient.
the air conditioning did not have a heater , i was freezing at night. the cold air really bothered me. there was no bottled water provided , i had to use tap water.

The location was wonderful. The mtr station was merely two minutes away! the bus stop to the airport was just outside. It offered such convenience. a shopping mall with diverse restaurants stood right opposite.
The cleanliness wasn't amazing. It seemed my room received a proper cleaning only after my first night, this was concerning
